RETURN POLICY

Kidswearwholesale.shop shall accept returns within 7 days from the date of receiving the product. In case you wish to return the entire consignment or part of it, the products must preserve their original condition along with tags and packaging.

Process to Return the Product to Us

1. Goods can be returned within 7 days.

2. Transportation to and fro will have to be borne by the buyer.

3. Payment shall be refunded after 7 working days from the date of receipt of the goods.

4. Goods shall only be accepted if the condition is good and set wise.

5. We shall verify the pictures and products and approve or disapprove the returns. It is at the sole discretion of the management to approve or disapprove the returns with or without citing any reason whatsoever.

6. If approved, kindly pack the products properly and send them to us through a suitable courier or transport service.

7. We do not offer a free pickup service. You will have to arrange for safe and secure delivery to our registered address. The freight cost to you and from you will have to be borne by you in case of returns.

8. Once the product is received at our warehouse and after the quality check, we will confirm that we have received your product and your refund will be processed if the return is accepted.

9. All refunds will be credited to your source account within 7-10 days from the date of receipt of the consignment. Please note that transaction charges, if any, and freight paid for shipment to you shall be deducted.

Do's and Don'ts of this Policy

1. Any product to be returned must be unused and in its original condition with all original tags, boxes and packaging intact.

2. Any freebies that you might have received with the product will need to be returned as well.

3. In case of partial returns, any additional discounts or offers shall be reversed depending on your net purchased amount after deduction of returns.
